General Terms

StayWheels is a leading car rental, taxi service, hotel booking and other travel solutions.

Bookings are subject to availabilty and confirmation.

When booking a reservation, proper information needs to be filled out by users.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are only guaranteed once fully or partly paid for.

The payment method may involve an online payment gateway, bank gather transfer, or cash (where necessary).

Cancellation policies are specific to the service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Usage of Services

Customers must travel with proof of citizenship documentation.

You shall not use the services for illegal activities or purposes.

StayWheels may reject service to any user who violates these terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued for cancellations made within a specified timeframe.

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor you booked service with and may bear cancellation charges.

Some bookings or late cancellations incur non-refundable payments.

Liability

Though StayWheels sits in the middle between customers and service providers (e.g. drivers, hotels).

This in no way affects the quality of services and At StayWheels our liability limit under all circumstances for delay, accident or incident during travel is limited to unforeseen events.

Each customer must have their own travel insurance.

Driver & Vehicle Guidelines

Well-trained and vetted Drivers are made sure only to be brought alongside you for safe rides.

The vehicles will reflect the category and specifications requested at the time of booking.

The customer will be liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during its stay.

Hotel Bookings

As demand fluctuates, so does hotel availability and prices.

Customers are required to follow the check in and check out policies of the hotel.

All special requests (extra beds, early check-in etc) will be charged and are subject to availability.

Changes to Bookings

Bookings must be changed in a timely manner.

Changes will incur an extra fee though, as their policy dictates.decoder

Dispute Resolution

StayWheels will, however, endeavor to mediate any disputes that may arise and will always attempt to do so in a friendly manner.

Otherwise, if the issues and differences remain unresolved, the disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time by StayWheels.

Therefore, we kindly ask customers to keep checking this page from time to time for any updates.
