StayWheels strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. Our refund policy is designed to address refunds for our taxi, hotel, and third-party partner services. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of refunds.


1. Taxi Services Refund Policy

a. Direct Taxi Bookings with StayWheels

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made 2 hours or less before the scheduled service.
  2. Cancellation by StayWheels:

    • In the event StayWheels cancels a taxi service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund.
  3. No-Show by Customer:

    • If the customer fails to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Hotel Booking Refund Policy

a. Direct Hotel Bookings with StayWheels

  1. Refundable Bookings:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.
  2. Non-Refundable Bookings:

    • Certain promotions or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  3. Cancellation by StayWheels:

    • If we are unable to provide the booked hotel room due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative stay or a 100% refund.

b. Third-Party Hotel Bookings

  • Refund policies for hotels booked through our third-party partners are subject to the respective partner’s terms and conditions. Customers are encouraged to review these terms during booking.

3. Third-Party Services Refund Policy

For taxi and hotel bookings facilitated through our third-party partners:

  1. Refunds will adhere to the policies of the respective partner or vendor.
  2. StayWheels will assist in coordinating refunds but is not liable for disputes or delays caused by the third party.
  3. Customers are advised to review the partner’s refund policies at the time of booking.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info[at]staywheels.in with your booking details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For third-party bookings, processing times may vary based on the partner’s policies.

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Late arrivals resulting in missed services.
    • Misconduct by customers causing disruption to services.
    • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.
  2. Special terms may apply for group bookings or custom packages. These will be communicated during booking.
